Pharmaceutical MNC 에서 한국 마켓을 담당하는 Business Development Manager 를 구하고 있습니다.

 

싱가포르 법인 소속으로 한국에서 재택 근무 위주로 Flexible 하게 업무진행을 하는 자리입니다.
싱가포르 소속이기에 월급을 싱가포르에서 받으며 세금도 싱가포르에 내는 구조입니다.

기존 고객사 관리 및 신규 고객사 발굴이 주요 업무입니다. (주요 고객사는 제약 회사들입니다.)
근무는 재택 근무 위주로 .

제약 쪽으로 영업 5년 이상 되신 분을 선호합니다.

 

Qualification,

Korean speaking with fluent in English.  Mandarin is a plus.
Excellence in selling and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently, self-starter, good initiative idea to grow business
Age 35-45
Experience in sales / marketing for value added products role min 5 years
Experience in selling products or related to pharmaceutical industry with good customer connection.
Energetic with business approach.
Bachelor degree
Excellence in presentation/ interpersonal skills.
Able to use MS office.

Role and responsibility.

·        Responsible for Business Development in Korean market both direct customers and via distributor.  
·        Develop plan and implement strategies for growing business for short and long term based on customer needs, market dynamic and growth opportunities.  
o        Identify market potential , prospect customers list, market price, competitors
o        Forming plan to win the business with growth volume and profitability.
o        Support distributor to win customer contract and order.
o        Organize and coordinate customer order with customer service/supply chain/operation/QA in order to meet customer expectation in product specification, quality and lead time .
·        Coordinate with Supply chain department to set up the additional supply chain (warehouse, delivery, or distributor) if necessary in order to meet customer expectation.
o        Managing agents/distributor.
o        Preparing business plans to ensure overall growth by volume, value and profit contribution for products and markets.
o        Responsible to maximize customer satisfaction through responsive and productive service to customers.
